This Hydrogen Fueled Hypercar Can Compete With Lamborghini and Ferrari

If currently the supercar manufacturers in the world are still busy with electric-powered innovations, this is not the case with the British startup company, Viritech, which has introduced their hypercar through the latest technology.

Citing information from New Atlas, Viritech, which uses the name Apricale at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2022, revealed that the hydrogen-powered hypercar is capable of producing even more power than Lamborghini and Ferrari supercars.

Based on the data on paper, this Apricale hypercar is capable of producing 1,000 hp of power. Although the amount of power has been officially announced, the company has not released information on how much torque this technology produces.

Its ability to produce great power is also supported by a fairly light weight. The reason is, based on the specifications released, this hypercar weighs under 1 tonne. Of course, one of the concoctions produced is the use of the ‘Graph Pro’ hydrogen storage tank which is lightweight because it is made using a carbon fiber structure.

The big power is generated from two electric motors that have been placed in the front and rear propulsion. One electric motor, reportedly capable of producing power of 536 tk. As a result, if the two batteries are accumulated, then the power also produces more than 1,000 tk!

Not only can it produce great power, however, for the matter of the maximum speed that can be achieved by this supercar is 322 kph. With full power conditions, the manufacturer claims that this hypercar can cover a distance of up to 560 kilometers.

Even though they have succeeded in breaking down the automotive industry by presenting a hydrogen hypercar, they refuse to be said to be the first company to present it. Through the presence of Viritech, they are more than happy to be a supplier of level one or two hydrogen technology for the needs of the automotive industry, both heavy transportation, and even wider aviation.
